Woodbridge Phase I

Woodbridge Townhomes is a small community of residents (owners and renters) established in Edgemont Ranch. There are twelve buildings with one to two units each. Some of the units are occupied year-round while others are utilized as second homes. Residents are made up of retirees, professionals, families, and students. Pets, within reason, are allowed including dogs and cats. There are two ponds with water features which adds to the charm of the area. Woodbridge Townhomes prides itself on providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable place to live for its residents and neighbors.
