The Bluff Townhomes Association

The Bluffs Townhomes are 16 beautiful homes located in the Southeastern section of Edgemont Ranch. Beautifully crafted, we are surrounded by natural mountainous common space. Add to the beautiful setting of Southwest Colorado, the community feeling of Edgemont Ranch and you’ll find one of the more desirable places to live in Durango. The annual assessment is $150 each July. The annual Owner’s Meeting is generally scheduled for July.
