Retreat I

Retreat I is a small community of residents (owners and renters) established on Edgemont Circle in Edgemont Ranch. There are seven homes in the circle. Some of the houses are occupied year-round while others are utilized as second homes. Residents are made up of retirees, professionals, and families. Pets, within reason, are allowed including dogs and cats. Retreat 1 prides itself on being a close knit neighborhood – a safe, beautiful, and enjoyable place to live. Retreat has a yearly fee of $80.00/year to cover the cost of insurance.
